Whether you have arrived here through a love of the natural world, a curiosity about outdoor practice, or a growing sense that therapy might sometimes belong beneath open skies as much as within four walls, I am delighted you are here. The Rewilded Therapist was born from a question that has quietly accompanied me for many years:
What becomes possible when therapy and the living world are allowed to meet more fully?
This course is an invitation to explore that question together. Throughout our training as counsellors and psychotherapists, we learn to pay attention.
We learn to notice relationships, emotions, body language, silence, resistance, meaning, and change. Nature-based practice asks us to widen that awareness still further. It invites us to notice weather, landscape, season, movement, birdsong, stillness, and place itself. Not as distractions from the work nor as decorative backdrops but as elements of the wider field within which therapeutic work unfolds.
